I need a crossmember to put a TH350 in my 85 TA. I've heard the ones from 4 speed or 200c cars will work.

 

or you just buy the swap kit from Jegs or Summit. Its like $80 or something and you use the same crossmember. I have it on my car.

 

I bought the Hurst kit thinking it had everything and it didn't. Had I known, I would have bought the B&M kit. I'd like to see if I can just get the crossmember, that's all I need to complete the swap.

You arnt going to get the right crossmember unless you get one from a V-6 200R4. I think. I would guess that if thats the drive shaft you need for the 350 swap then maybe the crossmember is what you need too.

Ask around and see if this is right, I dont know its just a guess.

I just know that when I did the swap I had didnt have to move the crossmember it stayed in the same location as the 700.

But there are another set of holes you can bolt a crossmember too, at least on my car there are.
