looking for v6 performace
hey i just got a 89 2.8L v6 5sp
and im looking to buy some lil stuff nothing big
just like headers
exhaust
anything
and plz keep the BUY A V8 comments to a low i didnt want it cause of gas milage!! i get 22/gal (city on a normal day/week)

my v8 gets better mileage then your 6er :-p
ok..seriously tho, your not going to be able to get any real noticeable gains on the 2.8..not that i'm telling you to not do anything to your car..just suggesting you mod maybe appearance and interior for comfort rather then speed

I have a hypertech chip for your ecm that replaces your stock chip. I used it when I had my v6 and I really noticed power gains. I have pics too if you'd like.

v6 performance
If your looking to keep good gas mileage and have a V6 then you should really look into getting a 3.4or 3.8 because the 2.8 is the biggest joke of an engine that chevy ever produced no offense.

only way i would do a motor swap is if it was a direct drop in!
i mean as in it uses the same mounts and the same trans and it wasnt super hard!
