i need a box that converts the electric signal to mechanical speedo for a 95 t56

You may also be able to remove your electrical sending unit from the tranny and put in a cable unit.
If this is not what you're attempting to do, please clarify....

I just want the speedo 2 work, the car keeps throwing a code for vss.

A company makes a device that does exactly what you want. I know because I am looking at the same thing. It's called Cable-X.
Just google it and you'll find it. It takes the vss signal and converts it so that your mechanical speedometer can work. I think it can be reprogrammed for different wheel sizes and gear ratios also.
