has it been repainted...or original? how about the integrity of the urethane itself? any cracks or holes, etc?

original paint could be used right away but i would repaint it i can email you a pic if you want

I intend to have it stripped and painted red. The most important things are that it is orignal paint so it can easily be stripped, and that the bumper itself isn't cracked or anything.
