Wanted: How to build and modify pistons, rods and crankshafts.

I have been looking for the book by David Vizard for quite a while. I have been unable to find it though, seems to be out of print. "How to build and modify small blcok chevy pistons, rods and crankshafts."
If anyone has a copy I am wanting to buy it. I will pay what ever for it, seriosly, whatever.
