Attention ALL TPI owners...inside please...
I found this article in the June 2000 issue of Hot Rod magazine. ITs a great article for anybody who wishes to learn more about their Tuned Port Injection....including tuning, how the ecm uses the sensors...etc etc. I put it on my Yahoo briefcase because on here it says its too big....so try it and see if it works...thanks and enjoy...
TPI tuning article....

boy i hope i dont get nailed but........
i thougt about downloadeding this after much trial and error and printing it out. did that sound ok?
anyway, i understand that this is how you would do it for those who are interested.
save the info on you computer and then use a program for printing pictures out. start the program...something like 'picture it' and then call up the file and you should be able to print it out.
i understand it must be a picture program, word or any of the others should cut off part of the material. only a program to print out picutres will work.
just be sure to remind everyone that you are just thinking about doing it.
ya'll have fun ya heeya!

I thought they were 22lbs also....but it sure does say that. Must be a typo. When you look into the L98 .bin it shows 22lb for a injector flow rate......hmmm

I’m assuming that this is the article that you guys are looking for? I took the original that was floating around, straigthened out the pages, enhanced them so they were a little easier to read and put them in a single zip file.
I’ll leave it up for a while if that’s it.

I am thinking about buying that TPI swappers book, but I haven't seen anything but bad reviews about how the book offers no information on swapping a system, and that it only talks about how the system works.

Great artical. Great information for the beginners like me. I just purchased a 87' IROC-Z from a guy that did $20k under the hood and just lost interest in the car. Car never has seen snow/salt in it's life and it shows. I will post some pics to see what you guys think soon.....
