Nice to see another good ol' boy from WV on here.
If you intend to run this engine for a long time (no intentions of swapping to something bigger in the near future) then you might want to consider upgrading to forged pistons to handle the stresses of nitrous use better. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea (and not too expensive either) to install ARP rod bolts before getting the rods reconditioned.
While you can't drive the car due to the rebuild in progress, you might what to take out some time to install a better fuel pump in the fuel tank. Holley sells some Walbro units that flow 255 lr/hr, that bolt right in in place of the stock unit. It might be smart for nitrous use, especially if your car still has the tired stock one in it.
There's a Nitrous Express dealer in St Albans, WV that will make you a good deal on an NX kit if your interested.

If you want that engine to live longer than a couple of months then i would definately recommend getting a forged pistons. The ARP rod bolts also get a second from me. If you programming is off you could still easily blow your head gasket or piston. Nitrous is all about getting the tune.
