Just Installed P1-SC, few questions

Okay, first of all is it normal to have to loosen the supercharger to change the belt? I had the tensioner as loose as it would go and still had to loosen the procharger and rotate it a little to get the belt on and off. Is this normal? Also is there any certain number that I should try to keep my fuel pressure above under boost, so I don't go lean? I know it changes from car to car, but any info would be helpful b/c It won't be dyno tuned for another week or two. It is a 9 lb. pulley and my mods are in the sig. Thanks

Yes, that is normal for a brand new belt. They stretch a little after a while, but probably you'll still have to loosen the procharger to get it of - At least I have to...

If you are worrying about going too lean, it'd be better to adjust the FMU while using a datalogging program like Craigs ECM845. AFR should be between 12.7 and 14.7 when @ WOT or more than 2/3 throttle.

Thats what I am using right now, I haven't gotten it 100% perfect yet, still a little too rich...

(About 12.15 @ WOT - But I don't dare to experiment anymore today, since I use a stretch of highway nearby for my experiments and too many WOT experiments in the same day there might attract unwanted attention ).

If anyone have logfiles from ECM845 or similar from a WOT run with a Procharger, I'd be interested in having a copy of the logfile to compare with mine.....
