I'd be pretty disappointed if a fresh engine, cleaned up head, bigger cam… didn’t run at least high 13’s.
Sounds like the guys you know just don’t know what the hell they’re doing…

It is a well known fact that with some very simple mods cease fire injection can flow enough air to allow for 450 HP nad more with even more mods. although it is undesirable cross fire stock can easily deliver the 250 HP needed for 14's in a 3K car let alone with anyt mods. I would recommend to anyone considering a switch to EFI and those with CFI to visit www.turbocity.com

Sorry to bring back an old subject, but Ive just recently been shown this thread. This is now my car, and since my brother last stated, I have sold the s/c setup, with the high flow fuel pump, FMU, intercooler, bonnet. Everything but dual fans and gauges/ gauge pod. I was there when my car (dads at the time) ran the high thirteen. I was also right next to my dad when he reduilt the top end of the engine. He port matched the heads, intake, port polished the TBI, Put Comp cam rocker arms, springs, pushrods, cam. I was also next to him when he istalled the PowerTrax. The car had Bridgestone Potenza 245's on the stock 16's and the tranny was freshly rebuilt. There was also a Hypertech 160 degree thermostat, hypertech stage 2 chip, and my dads custom home made ram air. We got to the track early, second one in the tech line. He paired up with a 90 sumtin mustang and was the first ones to race. My dad didnt realize that the track was as sticky as it was, since he has never ran first. He dumbed the clutch at like 2,200, and the engine bogged really bad. He ran a very high 14, maybe even a low 15, dont rember that good. He came back through and actually paired up with the stang again, cause it was "freaky friday" and not to many people were there yet. (was only like 4:30). He dumped the clutch at like 3,500 this time and pulled the front high up. I was standing on the fourth row of bleachers with the camera and I swear to ***!, he got the front wheels off the ground about an inch and half. It was only for a second, but the car took off fast! He had a very quick 60 foot, and hit the quarter at like 13.73, i believe. He came back around again and was paired up with a fourth gen t/a. He pulled past the burnout box like he always does (no need to when you have street tires). He took off like he did before, hitting a low 60 sec. He was about 1-2 cars behind the t/a when the t/a just pulled like crap on my dad. The t/a finsihed like a 13.2 and my dad got like a 17.8. We ran out to the tech line, cause we wanted to know what happened. He had the hood poped when we walked up and he was zip tieing the accelerator cable back together. The cable broke halfway through. My dad calculated it, if he would of keep going, he would of hit a clean 13.4. He was talking to the tech guy and the tech guy was saying the same. They knew that because of his 60 foot time, which was faster than his second run. The car was extremly quick. Im pretty sure he took out the subs, amp, spare tire and jack, and the center caps. So there is about 50lbs. Which acounts for .05 seconds ( every 100 pounds acounts for .1 on quarter). I have almost all of the races on video, and all my brothers friends and one of mine were there. If you dont believe me, its not my fault, I know what I saw was true and I have nothing to prove. I just thought I would clear all this crap up. Oh yea, to a few earlier questions, yes the stock radatior was used, the stock injectors were used, there was an in-line fuel pump that boosted fuel pressure by like 150%. It had an FMU that regulated all this pressure, but that was with the s/c setup. You know, when I fisrt bought my car, my brother told me about the org. He said there are alot of idots on here too, that think that they can go around denying peoples cars. Im not slinging mud, Im just saying he was partly true. Dont get me wrong, alot of cool people on the org. Go to my website to see pictures of brothers t/a, mine, my other brother's WS6 and my dads first t/a, the one that got totaled. Oh yea, sorry this reply is so long, but just wanted to clear things up.

I just wanted to let you know it is pirated. if it is something new and hilarious I put 'er on for a while ya know?
I have a 1991 TBI RS. Let me put it this way, TBI is pure CRAP. Its ridiculous. I want performance, not limited V8 power for mileage. If I wanted mileage, I would have bought a Hyundai. TBI is crap that gives limited power options just to please the green party.
