T3/T4 flange differences

Axle/Gears: 3:42 / 3:27
T3/T4 flange differences
What are the differences? Are they the same shap/size? I noticed on the actual turbo that the T4's seem to have dual openings. If there is a difference is there anyway I can adapt a T4 housing to and T3 manifold?
