Tell me what u would buy in my place... advice pls:

1987 5.7L Stock internal....

52MM throttle body
Siamesed intake runners
GAle Banks Power Exhaust System

I've been running on nitrous for quite awhile... all fine, EXCEPT I developed an intake leak on one side, the mixtures went lean, and I have definite signs of detonation now on ALL four plugs on the driver side. I'm running a compression test this week.... I fixed the leak, but nontheless, I am determined now to replace the pistons with forged or hyper ones... AND since I'm doing that, I thought why not also replace the cylinder heads, and the exhaust manifold...
So... what would you gents (and ladies) suggest for

1. Pistons
2. Exhaust headers
3. Cylinder heads

I have considered doing this with the engine in the car, but can pull it too if I need... plus any thoughts on cams... I really like the stock one due to the idle and vacumn, and would rather go to 1.6 rockers. I intend to keep the stock ECM and chip...

Thanks ppls.
