I am just wondering how has a supercharger on a 305 TPI. What kinda HP do u make now, how much boost do u use, and what are ur 1/4mile times.

My latest track run showed 14-psig. I'm now pullied for more but have no times....yet.

In signature. Keep in mind my 305 is not simply a supercharger bolted to a stock engine. The engine was designed and built around the blower, not the other way around. I also have extensive mods to the chassis and driveline. You will not see results like mine by simply bolting on a blower.

 

I have a procharger on my nearly stock 305. Stock heads, cam, etc. Just a blower, intercooler, 24 lb/hr injectors, headers, and ignition system for the most part. It wasn't just an easy bolt-on, and the injectors are too big, but it's fast. Haven't gotten it quite tuned properly, but I'm sure it's probably 350 or so horsepower, and enough torque that getting traction is not going to happen. Ever.

I have dyno-numbers before the install: 251hp.

I tested before and after with the G-Tech and got a ~80hp gain. thats also about that what Vortech says for stock engines.

Since in Switzerland we have no drag-racing, I have no 1/4 mile-time.
