vortech superchargers

I figure its a great way to waken up my 305. Does anyone here have one? Does anything else need to be bought/upgraded to help the supercharger? its says MSD BTM ignition, so is that something i need to buy o what?

Is the kit actually comlete and you need nothing else?

and last quesion, is 8-9 psi safe to run on stock internals. BTW; by the time i get this(end of next summer) i will have my*future* mods in my sig done, if that helps.

so when i order one should i get it set at 6,7 or 8 psi. I want it to be as fast as possible but i don't want to loose my motor, for at lease 3 years...then i can afford a 350 build up and i'll slap the super back on there.

the car will get a good bit of regualr use and probably get out to the drag strip a couple of times a year. what psi setinmg would be best. my top end of the motor should be strong enough to with stand the psi, but what can i run SAFLY on the bottom end?

Car: 1991 Z28
Engine: 305 TPI under 14 psi
Transmission: aftermarket T56

You may want to go with 6psi nonintercooled just to stay on the safe side of things.
