lol... I know, I know...

Still runs high 15s...not bad for a 3600 lb monster without her sails...

She caught me a speedy chick last night tho... Was changing a blown tire and she came over to help... We talked a bit and she was really cool. She's got a 77 (I think) 'maro that is just beautiful. And she kept telling me how she loves the 3000GT.

Told me about a 540 she did in the street on accident...and how everyone had to stop for her to turn around because she ended up in apposing traffic. Said it was scary, but kind've fun/exciting at the same time. I'm sorry, but that hooked me...I've got to talk to her more...lol

hmm...hope she's not on this board and it blows my cover that I think she's freakin' cool, eh? Nope...wouldn't want that now...

chicks with cool cars are somehow hotter than they would be otherwise. Even a marginal looking girl seems hotter. Not exactly a case in point that little hottie that works for car craft named Taylor Vlahos is pretty cool. Heck, she even drives a fast Mopar!

Hum, funny, my brother and I were just talking about that tonight, that no one would even look at her twice if she wasn't into cool cars, and here someone goes and calls her a hottie...

oh my gosh what fools

What they are really trying to sell you people is a vent fan for an inboard outboard motor compartment for boats. Not really worthy of pushing the kind of air that our engines need past a good air filter. the leaf blower would have a better chance of proving any forced air induction theory since they blow at over 100mph. But to pay over 100.00 for an item that can be purchased at any boat store for 20-30 is just ahhhhhhh dumb. I can see some ***** engines benefiting from this since the smaller engines with less cubic in. require less air. So maybe 450 cfm of air could benefit them I know that most V-8 use over 500CFM of air. Just look at some of the carb ratings. But to call this thing a turbo or like turbo is ludicrious, immoral, and a misrepresentation of a piece of $hit.

just out of curiosity, would a leaf blower work do ya think?me and my friends are going to try it on his winter beater 90 Golf just to see what it does.one of my friends has a power inverter in his car for his Playstation so were going to use that.so we figure we'll wire it up,and keep the leaf blower on,and when the cars up to speed,we'll turn the inverter on and see what happens.who knows, maybe it will create about 75 DoPe A*s PoNiEs Yo!!

Wow, thats crazy that some people can be so gullable... I did notice in the reply where he was chatting that he commented about it being an Atwood brand...

You guys hit the nail on the head when you said it was a marine bilge blower. Thats what I thought it probably was. I was a marine technician for years and I saw more then my fair share of Atwood brand bilge blowers.

Jeezum.. What a scam...

1999 was the last year of the 3000GT. IT is also unlikely that even if he has that car it's not a Twin Turbo. The VR4 is extremely rare. Further more the whole electric turbo thing has been done on Ebay more than once. Last time I saw one it was an 80mm computer case fan with the molex connector cut off so it could be spliced into your power system. It didn't even go in a tube. Ebay didn't do anything about it.

And from that picture it looks like a cold air intake? Yeah buddy that's alot of help there.

second gens are great- for me to poop on! I've only seen one fast second gen that was years ago at sears point in cali (like '92). "Mostly Mazdas" owner had a home built turbo car that went 11's. Scratch that, I forgot-about all those SBC powered ones I've seen over the years, they're plenty fast and the apex seals dont blowout for looking at them too hard. j/k dude I love 'em (with V8's) he he p.s. dont bother finding pictures or links to supposedly fast 2nd gens on the web or I will be forced to find pictures and links of the RX7's twin (the ford probe) that are "really fast too". if you think Im flaming you then tough because Im just KIDDING! if you have any question as to the nature of this post please stare at my avitar for 30 seconds before responding :-)

Attwood sells several Marine items including the bildge pump that he's selling. Somebody ought to email Attwood they might be alittle upset that he's marketing their product as a power adder for an internal combustion engine and completely safe. I'm sure there could be lawsuits over this guys claims and what he's doing...
