Yes and it will work quite well.
A super charged engine needs extra fuel while under hi boost
Heavy throttle.
The rest of the time it is not much different from a normal motor.
The primary jet and or rod may need to be adjusted a little
(richer) but not much. The O2 sensor and TPS will work just the same.
The power side or secondary side is where most of the tuning difference is on a blown motor Qjet and has nothing to do with the computer. You'll need to enrichen up the sec metering rods
quite a bit. Start out over rich and work leaner from there.
A little extra fuel at WOT is a good thing. Don't be shy.
You can buy richer metering rods and hangers from Edelbrock.
You can also make your own custom rods by filling/ grinding a stock rod down thinner(richer). And make a custom hanger by bending a stock hanger. Yu can get rods and hangers at the junk yard.
A larger needle and seat assembly (edelbrock) and a hi flow fuel pump is nessessary too.
A blower motor will need more accelerator pump shot volume
to get good response to the throttle.

I agree with F-Bird, it should work with no major problems. The one thing you may have a problem with is the distributor - you need to use the stock one with the computer and some blowers are too large - requiring a small diameter distributor (aftermarket).
Don't forget that if you have a blower the carb will sit higher, and the linkage needs to be moved - may be a problem with autos and their throttle cable more than the T5 cars.
You will have no problem finding secondary metering rods to supply enough fuel, there are some super rich ones out there.
