their has been i lot of talk going around about a computer chip to increase horse power and performance just wondering was it worth buying and how much of a difference will it make

 

A couple helpful hints. This board is for power adders (turbochargers, superchargers, nitrous) and not really the best place to ask about computer chips. Second, there is a search feature at the top of the page. Try it. You'll find more information than you'll ever want to know about chips. Third, we have no idea what type of engine you have so its pretty hard to justify a difference. In my opinion, they're not worth it. For the price of the chip you can purchase most of the things needed to start burning your own proms, which will net more improvements than a generic off the shelf chip.
