Would it be worth putting an ATI Procharger on my engine? I know it is only a 305, but I plan on getting a 350 eventually and then would use the blower on that engine. Or will a blower just total my bottom end?

sure it would be worth it. Although the 305 is an anchor, it's still a V8, just with a smaller sized bore and a stroke the same as a 350. Im not telling you to run out and rebuild your 305. the bigger problem with a 305 is its small cylinder flows/moves air poorly. when you ad the blower some of this dissanvantage dissapears. Get a D1sc and a 3 core. I have the 3 core but I wish I had a D1sc instead of the P1sc. I used to steer 305 guys away from the D1sc but there are several guys with 305's here that are having great success with it that way. When you look at the charts, the D1sc is really only slightly better than the P1sc, but I still wish I had one.

I think the base kit is advertised as a 6-9 # kit with other pulley options available later for about $100 6-9 means like 6 on a good flowing 350 and 9 on a 305 sized motor. some others with 305 prochargers could better answer that.
