Supercharger Companies claims
I was reading through the ATI web page, as well as the Vortech, and was just wondering if their advertised numbers were close to being correct. For example, I think it said the D-1SC could support 975 hp. I thought the D-1SC could support like 650 fly wheel? And the vortech numbers seemed a little high to me, as well. I'm not thinking that if I slap a D-1SC on an otherwise stock engine I'll get 975 hp or anything, I was just under the impression they could not flow that much air. Thanks.

P.S. I looked at the CFM ratings to see how much air they push, but those ratings are greek to me.

Those are the maximum numbers, probably a little inflated. They claim that gains of over 100% can be achieved, so if you had a 475 horsepower N/A motor with a good blower cam, i guess it is possible.
