Wastegate install

Hey guys, I am gonna be hooking up my wastegate this Thursday, and I was wondering what tubes should go were on the wastegate?

It is a Deltagate II, it has two "inputs", one that says Boost, and the other says Vacuum (I think). What should I hook them up to?

Thanks!

Im not sure if yours is the same or not. Id call the people who manufactured it.

Do you have any pictures of your turbo getup?

Sorry, no pics at this time. Probably this weekend.

I am thinking the wastegate that I have (from the instructions I have) has one end open to the atmosphere (the lower side of it) and then the upper side is hooked to the MBC and the vacuum lines. Does that sound something right?

I installed a kit that came with one of these on a mustnag, and If I remember correctly the boost one goes on the outside reference of the throttle body (before the TB but after the turbo) and the vacuum goes on the inside of the TB (or more simply to a manifold vacuum source)

I have the same wastegates on my car. I got them from Turbo Tech and they said don't hook up the vacuum, just the boost. If you hook it up to vacuum on the vacuum port on the wastegate, it'll be open all the time till your into boost. I have my gate just vented to atmosphere. I didn't route them back into the exhaust. Doesn't really matter.

would you want to hook the vacuum port to before the compressor intake? that would be the only place where vacuum is on a turbocharged engine. wouldn't it?

No, there is vacuum in the intake while the throttle plate is closed.
