MSD digital 6 with nitrous.
Is the MSD digital-6 a good ingiton box for a car on nitrous? I have the line on one at a really good price right now, that is why I want to know. The car is finally in tune N/A so the time is near to spray away, man this power adder thing is a pain, I dont know how people call it cheating its work to get it ready to spray.

I think the only reason to spend the extra money on the digital 6 over the 6AL is the ability to retard timing on a single stage nitrous kit. The digital 6 will be perfect for your application.

I run the digital 6+ on my GTA. (stealthrammed 350, 200hp nitrous+propane hit)
Nice unit.. It has a retard function for the spray.. Just hook up the lead wire to the output of the nitrous relay..

Besides the retard function, the 6al to digital 6 upgrade is well worth the extra $$$. I picked up a little over a tenth from the swap ( and the HVC coil also) and the two step is much smoother.
