Vortech storage and startup

Vortech storage and startup

Just curoius: currently my Vortech was removed from the car and ins sitting in a box, drained of oil,... i know it won't rust, but is oil supposed to be in it or whatever? also, shen i go to start it back up, should i run oil through it before i install it,.. and can i switch back to reg oil, from the synthetic I was using. thanks

Axle/Gears: Stock 10 bolt 3.42
Just keep the inlet and outlet caped. I'm using the plastic caps that came with the blower. And keep the oil feed and return holes plugged to keep dust and dirt out.
