Question on N2O plate setups

Fact or myth...
Friend of mine says you can't run a plate system on a dual plane intake, only on single planes. So what's the real story? Later down the road with the new engine I'll probably running a NOS cheater system.

I have heard you shouldn't spray over a 200 shot on a dual plae because of distribution problems but that is about it..thats from the retailers though. My NX Hitman system works great on my Stealth dual plane. But then again I know of quite a few with a plate system on dual planes who spray 200-250 also though.Ask NOSFEDGTA..200 and going strong!

I run a performer rpm intake with a 125 hp shot. The distribution will be better with a single plane, though. Whoever says it can't be done doesn't know what he is talking about.

Well, he better know what he's talking about or else the Cheater and Big Shot kits he has on this thing are going to grenade the engine. He's more into big blocks though so that's where he bases a lot of his info.

distribution on dual planes is just fine even with bigger shots because distribution is all about equal flow of fuel and nitrous to every cylinder and the divider allows for no cross flow, or side to side reversion. this makes it well distributed to all the ports. I answered a similar question here before for someone that asked if a dual plane could even be used at all this is the pic I made him I hope it help you. P.S. it doesnt matter if its a sbc, bbc, or V6.
