NXL kit on the HSR

I posted this on the TPI board but thought it was valid here as well. Limits of the Ported LTR and the longing for spining the motor a bit have me looking at possibly adding the NXL under injector setup to a HSR. Looking at the rail kits available for it, I was wondering if it would be feasible to just flip the rails so that the crossover tube was located in back as opposed to the front. I think this would give the added clearance needed to raise the rails up about half an inch. Only problem I see if the adjustable regulator interfears with the TB. If that is the case I guess I could just go with an Aeromotive regulator and mount it on the fenderwell. Anyways thanx for any input anyone has.

sounds like a good idea to me. The rails are huge enough that if you ran an external regulator and ran a line to just the front (or rear) of each rail you wouldn't even need a crossover.
