Procharger with D-1SC question?

What size is the piping that comes with the D-1SC kit? Also what size O.D. is the inlet/outlet of the three core intercooler? My Throttle Body is 2" higher than a normal TPI design and i'm thinking I may need to bend a new inlet tube, if I purchased the kit.

3" o.d. piping....3" in/outlet on the intercooler...as you should not have any problem hooking up the system even with the raised throttle body height.

cool. Is there any benefit with going to a bigger pipe, maybe 3.5" or 4"

I don't believe that there would be, seeing that outlet on the blower and the in/out on the intercooler are both 3", you may actually lose velocity.

But i have been known to be wrong.

3" into the intercooler is fine as it gets cooler it is denser so you could go to 4" out to the TB, but packaging it might become a issue. You throttle body is also 4". I used 3" in and out. plenty big enough to support my end goal of 700 at the crank.

Yeah my goal is 700ish also. So then just use what they package with the system?

I am thinking of getting this same supercahrger. I know I am going to have to bend a new inlet pipe......I am going carburated. Does anyone have any pics of the ATI kit installed? Or even some of the kit uninstalled?

look at the sticky post at the beginning of this thread, "post pics of your power adders" there are kits installed on both carb and fuel injection.
