All stock?!?!?! umm....it's a 305...so probablly something close to 1psi! Just save up and get a 383HT or 355HO...

Ummm... maybe you should learn something prior to posting..

Most stock motors can run 5-6 lbs easily.
A buddies GN with stock short block pushed ~28 lbs on cast pistons. Ran fine for years..
My beater 305 lived for a year with 12-14 lbs before expiring..
Oh.. and neither the 383 HT or 350 HO are built for boost either..

This is a setup I used before at 7-9 psi boost on a bone stock 350 TPI for about two years.

search for a post from 89JYturbo, actually the post is from TPI383, but its about 89JYturbo's car
yes you can do it, but its not as easy as most think.. or as cheap even with JY (junkyard) parts.. do some research before buying parts, because chances are you'll spend a lot of money and not finish it
1) for TBI i believe you'd need a "blowthrough" setup just like carbs that can be several hundred, i'd recomend ditching the whole tbi thing and pick up a TPI system, you can get em COMPLETE for $300-500 (i paid $500) - BTW although TPI's dont suck so much with boost, they still arent the greatest, you could also get an LT1 intake/harness/ecm, but i think those are more expensive -
2) 22 lb injectors ($60), bigger fuel pump ($150), and FMU ($120)
3)BTM boost timing master ($150 used)
4) tubo(s) a single T3 (even the biggest T3) will not support a V8, you'll need two medium sized T3's, or a larger single turbo, such as off a diesel - prices can vary but i'd guess $300-$1500 depending on many things- i paid just over $300 for my two T3's used
5)intercooler(s) ($100-600)
6)piping - i dont know how much i haven't gotten this far yet with my setup but i would guess $200-$400
7)headers - again big price variances... modifying stock manifolds around $100... buying special headers can be $600-3000!!
8) misc things like gaskets, flanges, couplers, oil lines, fittings, etc - that stuff can add up fast! ($100-300)
and now back to the original question, you can safely run anything under 6 psi... but you can run higher, its a matter of how long though... like saturn5 said he ran 12-14 for a year, i plan to run around 8-12... i might try 15 once or twice, and thats on an LT1 (i should say im HOPING to buy an LT1 this week) LT1's have 10.5:1 compression.... better internals though

T3? Well, you can make more power out of a modified LO3 then you could push with a single T3.
EVERYTHING stock? Not much at all without some means of adding fuel/controlling timing. Assuming that you deal with the fuel/timing issues you should be able to run a few more PSI boost then a comparable TPI engine. With so/so tuning I'd bet that you can get away with 6-9psi. With really good tuning and some sort of intercooling I wouldn't be surprised if someone could make 12-15psi live.
