Best pistons for low compression?

Transmission: 700R4 in both
Best pistons for low compression?

Does anyone know where to get pistons for less than $700.00? It seems that I cannot find a forged low compression floating pin piston for a sm block 400 for less than 6-7 hundred. Are the pistons that cost so much really worth it?

Best pistons for low compression? Easy. Pistons from a small 4 cylinder. Piston to wall clearence of 1.25", yeah thats low compression.
