turbo set

I have a few question about using a turbo on my fuel injected motor. First I see that I would need to get a intake manifold to hold that kind of heat. Would there be a company out there that sells one for a set up with vortec heads or one I could buy to make work with a turbo set up and also the header would they also have to be fabericated

What heat would the intake see? Your intake will work fine.
You can either make headers or exhaust manifolds. or since you have a ton of room on the G body you can buy turbo headers for a 69 camaro
