ecm choice?

i'm in the process of building my twin turbo motor. i'm going to be using 2 tdo5 turbos. i'm still looking for bov and waste gates. but one thing i'm curious about is what ecm to use. can i use the stock tpi ecm or is there a different one i should use? i'm probably going to try to push high boost . i'm building the whole motor to handle as a project at UTI. any tips or sugestions?
