manifold extenstions

Does anybody know where I could the turbo extenstions shown in the pictures. Are they fabbed or could I buy them and weld them on myself.

Are you talking about the extensions welded unto the factory manifolds? If so, you will probabaly need to buy flanges for your turbos and weld them up yourself (or mock them up in cardboard and have a welding shop do the fab work). They are simple to make, especially if you have welding skills, so all you should need to buy are the flanges.
