Supercharger kicks in at 3.5k rpm? Need help w/ timing! Overspin?

Well I got my car, 6lb ball drive paxton, at 70mph my vacuum gauge indicates I am running 10 vacuum and I only boost at around 3500 rpm and all the way to 5k.....I haven't taken her over 5k since I don't know if my supercharger can take it (38k is overspin, 2300 rpm at 70) I am going to call paxton up if no one can help me!

Miles per hour, has nothing to do with the issue here.
only engine RPM.
(w/automatic tranny) blower will do nothing in top gear at 70
