Opinion on this combo please

468 or 475 BBC
9.1-9.5:1 compression
Vortech style bonnet for carb (copy)
Holley 800cfm - metering plate modded for forced induction
Turbo -Garrett TV6103 (big case)..made 9 psi@5000 on a high compression 427 mounted at the collector(one bank only)
Intercooler -from a Ford Thunderbird apporx 20" x 20" x 5" thick.Did 1800cfm on the flowbench

This where I could use some help..I have 1 7/8" headers now..that I can either cut up or sell.Or I can get the Heddman header kit(very cheap) but I dont know what diameter would be ideal for the 3" inlet.I would think 1 7/8 is OK but 1 3/4 would probably be better for response.I dont really want crazy power just reliability with these parts.

The Turbo will be where the battery used to be and the exhaust going to stock location.The intercooler will probaly be horizontal before the air dam or inside the nose.3.5" pipe from turbo to muffler 4" intake from the headlight area.

Is there anything that Im missing or doing wrong?.Maybe a mismatch in the combo?Suggestions?The camshaft is a solid Comp292 110 I hope I dont have to change this..I do have an XE274 110 hydraulic that I can use though...

This will be have to be on pump premium on the street..

Do you have a compressor map for the turbo? if It worked on one BB it should work on another.

depending on your combo/cam etc...

I deff wouldnt just feed it from one Bank. or did I read that wrong?

Is the cam a blower grind cam, cause there's a lot of overlap ..
as specialy with 110 lSA.

I guess they tailor with the intake and exhaust closing points to
make it work.

THe one bank thing is the way we tested the turbo.We cant get any information about it.It came off a 14 liter truck motor so we tested it with the 427 on a stand.

I might change into a higher LS cam but the motor runs really good so Ill probably do the cam later.
