Carbed And Blown...fuel System Advice
I currently have a 355 with a SR and nice shot of gas(around 500 rwhp) I am switching up and going with a turbo/carb setup and aiming for about 650 rwhp.
I have a couple questions on the fuel system. First will the stock lines support this? Also, now I have a walbro 255 intank pump thats been doing well with my current setup, but i dont believe it will support my new carbs volume needs.
What are my options? I would like to discuss sumping/cells also, but would like to stay with a stock like setup as my friend has problems with his sumped stock tank starving for fuel sometimes.

My low boost set up was holley "black" with a mallory #4309 regulator.
Today actually I just recieved my new and improved set up. Aeromotive A1000 pump with 13204 regulator. My lines are -10 to the pump then -08 and 1/2 hard line to front; same on the return. RCI made me a custom fuel cell for like $250 I think (3yrs ago can't remember exactly). Just give them the diminsions and crude drawing.

HP requires fuel volume. If the pump can move enough hp for what you’re doing at 35psi it will work at 7psi (not true of compressors and compressible gasses, but fuel is basically non compressible…).
The only thing that you’ll need is a bypass regulator that can flow enough and be set down low enough to work. The aeromotive 13204 is probably one of the better choices. It’s also quite likely that you’ll need a bigger return to get this to work right.
