Okay, correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the turbo is only run off of the passenger side? Wouldn't that be a bad idea to do that?

A crossover just like your stock one comes from the drivers side, under the oil pan, and up into the turbo pipe that leads to the turbine housing.
