Nitrous Works VS. NOS Plate Systems

Does the Nitrous Works TPI plate system (PN: 13015) have the same "issues" as the NOS plate system where a few of the clyinders get lean?

Anyone using the Nitrous Works system? --dan

I believe the lean issue is due to the intake design and not the plate design. The only way I can think of to fix this would to run a nozzle to each runner and spray like that and not use the plate behind the TB at all.
