how do you tell how much air you are flowing?

how do you tell how much air you are flowing?
I notice a lot of turbo maps you need to know how much air your flowing. well how do I figure that out?
also if I figure out how much air I'm flowing at lets say 6 psi how would I find out how much air I would be flowing at lets say 8 psi instead and so on?

If the site is still there (wouldn't work for me tonight) there is a link at the bottom that has a spread sheet and you type in you engine data and it gives you more than I understand/needed.
