Damn, that is a LOT of power. making that kind of power is some "next level" kinda stuff. I am not saying you haven't thought it threw, cuz I am sure you have, so no disrespect. But be carful when trying to make motors like that unless you have a solid 15 grand to spend. (All new parts).

Anyways, now with that said. What do you plan on using the car for? That determins EVERYTHING. Drag racing you can run HUGE turbos that spool up and pul very hard for a little while cuz thats all you need. If you are auto xing then you need a totally different set up. And then there is the hardest area, the street. you will most likely want to run some hybrid turbos. Stuff gets complicated fast. If I was you, I would talk to some guys with superchargers. There is one guy that makes over 650 HP to the wheels and gets 17/20 mpg. (F.I.)

Hope you build your monster I know the feeling. Check out my site. I just dropped in my 500 HP N/A motor.

T04E 60-1 or T61 compressors will do that.
The turbine depends on what will fit in the car.
Go to www.Turbomustangs.com and search around.
Or call this guy Turbo Performance Systems for a recomendation.
Stock iron heads may be a cork though for 700hp.

Dart Iron tall-deck block. For a turbo app you are better off running the big bore, short stroke, long rod combo for a bottom end.
You have a lot of choice in heads, but exhaust takes priority so you might think about some 18* spread port style heads for the power level you're shooting for. It's certainly possible with much lessor heads, but the spread ports will be more of a sure thing as far as reaching your goals.

Like the guy above said, figure on 15 grand for the power plant, and then you'll have to look for a trans and rear that will take the torque.

I suggest getting the turbos last because it really needs to match the combo that you end up getting together. It also matters how you plan on driving it street, track, auto trans, manual trans, etc..

right i,have got dart iron eagle heads a 4bolt block
gower rods ,roller solid cam
an d&d viper box, 9"with 31splined strange shaft
with a possi this little combo is pushing 488 bhp with 478 ft lb
but i just fancy going the tt route so all i would have to do
is change the cam and lower the compression for the turbos i.think i,have got some picture to put up but cant seems to make them smaller to post any sudjestion

You don't need anything special for 700hp.
18* heads aren't even a consideration till 1000+hp
Spread ports have more to do with detonation control than
flow anyway. There are guys running 8's with 23* heads!
Check this guy out http://www.brianmacy.com/horsepowerconnection.htm
Like I said go to TM and look around.
People here are trying to tell you to build something twice as expensive as you need.
6-8k is a more realistic turbo motor price.
Don't forget you need to up the fuel system.
I'm not pulling numbers out of no where.
I'm in the process of buying and building the same HP level as you want.
