Hi..

I'm having my engine rebuild this winter with forged stuff and maybe make it to a 383. Today I have a zz9 cam in it and I wonder what I will gain/loose if I put the stock in and the org.prom? What cam is the best for a supercharged engine?

If the choices are ZZ9 or stock 89 L98 cam, stay with the ZZ9. I've simulated both combos in Dyno 2000 on a previous occasion to answer this very question. You leave a lot of power on the table with or w/o the SC when you run the stock cam.
