So that this question doesn't go unanswered - I don't know. It all depends on your package - exhaust, turbo compressor and turbine profiles, the trim size of the turbo, etc. The T03 is just a housing for the turbine. You could make it work for a wide range. If it was for a 4cyl car (like a DSM) originally, it'll probable spool up very quickly, put out high boost, and become a serious restriction in the exhaust, killing off hp from the backpressure.

A, Thanks. It came from a Buick T-TYPE not a GN. I took everything off the V6 but the headers. ANY MORE INFO WOLD BE GREAT.

Honestly, you would need 2 of those T03 turbos to make significant power. They are ancient turbo designs with poor center sections, and by the time you are done rebuilding and modifying them, you could have bought 2 T04 turbos or a modern efficient set of Mitsubishis...
