9.25:1 compression. Can i ProCharge?
Im running about 9.25:1 compression and want to get a ProCharger. Can i do it and maintain driveability? And how much boost should i go with?

yep 
most i would go with is 12psi. with one heat range colder plugs and base timing, you will be fine
