From Slow to Go

I want to improve my engine on gas, performance and speed. I DO NOT want a super/turbo charger. I already got headers, k&N filter, hood and airbox. My engine is 350tpi 92 camaro. I thought about performane chip but i have no clue on what brand. What else?

heads and a cam. The stock heads and cam really restrict power above 4500 rpm. That should give you a good amount of power
