Yet another ATI question

ok guys i have yet another question. I was planning on doing the vortec heads TPI base blah blah blah....but i'm changing it. I'd rather run good times with a L-98 MAF engine....i want to show people that the L-98 is just as good as any other engine....my question is would i be foolish to even mess with the cast iron L-98 heads? Should i go for the aluminum heads? I'm switching my ideas cause i want to have the blower by our gathering in june/july(NEThirdgen.org). I was thinking of a nice blower cam the l98 heads with bigger valves and having them ported...and for the intake i was just gonna do a stock ported base/plenum with nice set of runners..what do u guys think? this plan is just temp. I will build another engine for this blower

Try AFR Aluminum heads. They flow the best. www.airflowresearch.com
