Times after procharger install and other thoughts.

Looking for how much your times improved after installing a procharger. (~9 psi) Looking mainly for improvements over relatively stock engines. Im trying to decide the best way to run a high mid to low 13 sec 1/4 and I cant decide between NA or to get a power adder. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Oh, my car is a '91 Z-28 with the A4 tranny, and at this period in time is stock. Thanks.
