How much N20 can I runs safely w/ hyperutectics

I too am running hyperutectic pistons. My engine is already together and in the car so I'm stuck with them. I just got a Edelbrock plate N2O kit that is adjustable from 50-100 hp. Will I be safe running smaller shots like 50-75-100 as long as I dont lean out? My motor with out the juice is probably making 300 hp & 300 torque.

I've ran at least 150hp on stock zz3 hypereutectic pistons. I seem to recall trying 175 too, but the transmission went away at the time.

I wouldn't go over 100. And yes, burning rich is the road to success!! I would watch out with hyper. pistons, they were not made for high RPM so keep that in mind. I've seen what 9 lbs of supercharged boost does to those hyper. pistons, nothing nice!

Well thanks for all the info. I take from all of this that it can handle the power with no problem but if I lean out i'm f*$k#d! I plan to use a low pressure cut off switch so if my fuel pressure drops off so will the N2O. I probably will fry it sooner or later but what better reason to drop on forged pistons, 400 crank, 2.02 dart heads, roller valve train, single plane intake, 750 cfm carb, new cam, 6 speed manual trans, and a JATO rocket! I will make that Darwin Award list!
