Paxton SN93, what should i expect?
Hey guys I found out that the car I am looking at has apxton SN93. I don't know if it matters but it has a serpatine (sp?) belt. How much power gain do you think that i would get on a 91 GTA with a 305? How much horsepower do you think it would make?
Thanks Guys

Tom,
Back in the old days when I owned an SN92, I gained 1.1 seconds and almost 10 mph on a stock peanut cammed 305 with stock exhaust manifolds. This was with the standard impeller which gave me about 7 pounds of boost. Today, Paxton uses the high boost impeller on the SN series superchargers.

The GSS is the same thing an an SN93.
It is SUPPOSEDLY better due to a tighter toleranced bearing or something like that. (line I was fed by Paxton when I owned one)
In engineering terms, its no better than the SN93.

Waiting on Speed Pro Wide Band EFI then putting Vortech S-Trim back on
T76 turbo in the works
