Fogger nozzels Vs plate systems

Looking into a Nitrous kit and am still deciding between the plate system with the bar from NOS and a fogger set up from someone else.

I have already decided on getting a wet system.

Is it true that the fogger system will distribute the mixture more evenly to all 8 cylinders? I've heard that the bar set-up can starve the first 2 cylinders while giving the rest plenty. Is this correct?

Also, who makes a set-up with a fogger for TPI cars? Prices, part# and web sites much appreciated.

Thanks for the time

Rob
