I know that TPI starts to lose power in the high end so my question is will adding a supercharger fix this?

 

it will make more power which is what you want but you won't see those 500hp@6700rpm numbers evrybody thinks they need.superchargers run off the crank and aren't that efficient at higher engine speeds like a turbo is.either is a good choice depends on what you want(ton of tourqe?or HP?)and the money you want to spend.IMO go superchargher to make a lot of tourqe to move the average 3500lb. fbody.
