News articles dealing with NOS accidents/deaths/etc?

I was searching on the web for accidents/deaths caused by using NOS on a car...but kept finding it on inhaling it and stuff like that...just wondering if anyone knows of any news articles online...I am just interested...to see if they are caused by someone who is a moron, system malfunctions, stuff like that. Thanks

There was a moron who doubled up on his high pressure rupture discs to prevent the venting of nitrous, wired his bottle heater improperly (and left it turned on for a long time), and blew up his bottle when it overpressurized and took out his garage, rear of the car, etc. If you follow the instructions, it is safe.

oops, l saw a guy someone posted about on here, a few months ago, if you go back and look at old posts you could find it, l think it was posted by someone by the name of james fearn or something like that, but anyway, if you don't find it, l think the story goes as follows: the guy overheated his nitrous bottle in the trunk of his ford SHO and the pop off valve and the bottle opened the back of his car up like a can of sardines, it peeled it back like a bannana, opened the garage door, and did some quarter panel damage to the car next to it. it was pretty bad, check it out if you come across it

The funniest thing I ever heard about NOS was in the Chris Farley movie "Black Sheep" Dana Carvey and Chris were riding in the nitrous cop car and the tank leaked and they got high. Then they got pulled over by another cop. LOL
