NOS on a 350TBI

NOS on a 350TBI
I did the 305 to 350 engine swap a few days back, I built the engine to handle NOS (9:1 forged pistons) but I think that the TBI with 19# injectors won't be able to keep up and the engine will go lean around third gear. Does anyone have experience with this setup and know how much I can run or should I just put an air/fuel ratio gauge on it an play around with it?
