NOS on 92 Z-28
NOS on 92 Z-28
I have a 92 Z-28 with all the mods listed in my sig, my best run was 14.0. What do you guys think my car would run with a 75 shot? Also which brand is the best?
Thanks

You will not be happy with a 75hp shot. NOS, Nitruos works, Nitours Express are fine, but get a wet system. You will be able to feel a 100hp. You can try the 75hp but it will not feel like much.

If your basic tuning (air/fuel mixture & timing) is right then a 75 shot should be good for at least .70 second, maybe a full second. A hundred shot should be good for at least a full second, maybe 1.5 seconds. With excellent traction & tuning You can get more.
I like Nitrous Express.

The other thing im afraid of is, how long can the motor take a 100 or 75 shot without going boom. By the way my car has 96,000 miles.

150 hp will not shorten the life of a motor
any more than if it was raced with out nitrous....If set up wrong and it leans out and or detonates...it won't last....period
