Suggestions on a good short block for Nitrous applications?

Right now I'm running a 75 shot and later planned on running a 150 shot. I plan on building a short block and wanted some suggestion on what to use as far as pistons(flat top, dished ,forged, comp. ratio.),rings etc. Maybe what brands are good also. I don't want to go too overboard though.
